에이전트 도구의 로컬 상태 파일을 gitignore에 추가한다

Browse Source 
.ua/와 skills-lock.json은 에이전트 도구가 작업 중 로컬에 만드는
파일이다. 개발자마다 내용이 달라지고 저장소 산출물이 아니므로
공유하지 않는다. 지금은 untracked로 남아 git status를 계속 채운다.
